A verdict looks wrong

Every verdict screen has a «Report a wrong result» button. That is the fastest route: it arrives with what you scanned and what we answered, so we can check the data.

Erase your data

Settings → «Erase everything on this phone». Your pets and your history live on the phone, so that is all of it. The same button unties your scans and reports on our server from you. What metrics sent to Google is not: if you want it gone before it expires, write to us before erasing.

How long we take

WhiskerCheck is one person. Expect a few days, not a few minutes.
